I managed WriteRecruit’s LinkedIn presence end-to-end, transforming the page from occasional activity into a consistent, strategy-led channel. My role covered messaging development, content strategy and hands-on creation of all organic posts, with a focus on building a recognisable brand voice and driving meaningful engagement.
Over seven months, the page generated 8,162 organic impressions, 732 clicks, 488 reactions and 113 reposts, sustaining an 18.1% engagement rate. The content attracted 525 page views and 292 unique visitors, showing that posts translated into real brand curiosity rather than passive scrolling.
The success came from a structured content framework: clear messaging pillars, consistent cadence and data-informed iteration. Instead of posting for visibility alone, the strategy prioritised relevance and shareable insights that resonated with WriteRecruit’s audience, and addressed some of their key pain points.
This project demonstrates how recruitment and professional services brands can use organic LinkedIn content to build authority, visibility and trust, without relying on paid promotion.
